Former Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nepal Parmananda Jha has successfully undergone cataract surgery at the Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology. The surgery of the right eye was operated on by Dr. Reeta Gurung, the chief executive officer of the institute on the 25th July 2023.
