Collaboration to treat Corneal Blindness

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been executed between the Rotary club of Tripureswor (RCT) and the Nepal Eye Program, Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology (NEP/TIO), on 30th March, 2025. This understanding will provide the opportunity to initiate a project that has the potential of wider scope to provide the life-changing gift of "eyesight" through corneal transplant surgery for those who have corneal blindness, otherwise irreversible blindness, for the most vulnerable and economically disadvantaged people for the period of 2024/2025 and 2025/2026.
