Swoyambhu Community Eye Centre

The Swoyambhu Community Eye Centre is situated in Kathmandu Metropolitan City Ward No 15 Dallu Aawas. This Eye Centre was established in July 2011 collaboration between Nepal Eye Program, TIO and Council for Community Health Services (CCHS) with support of Vision Himalaya Foundation, Switzerland.

• Comprehensive Eye examination  
• Vision and Refraction  
• Ophthalmic Investigations:  Intra Ocular pressure (IOP) measurement, Lacrimal Passage examinations, Schirmer's test.
• Medicine and Spectacles dispensing  
• Extra Ocular Foreign Body Removal
• Minor Surgical Procedures
• Fundus Photography, Diabetic retinopathy & Hypertensive Retinopathy Screening.  

Outreach Activities: School Screening Program, Community screening eye camp
