Nepal Eye Program/Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology (NEP/TIO) and Project Vision Hawai'i (PVH) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)

In another function on 6th July, Nepal Eye Program/Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology (NEP/TIO) and Project Vision Hawai'i (PVH) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aiming to jointly provide quality health care in the Pacific Island Nations lacking ophthalmic services. Further to this, NEP TIO will be conducting skill transfer courses for ophthalmic professionals including MSICS training. Selected Tilganga faculty and staff will be deputed to Pacific Island nations. The MoU was signed by NEP/TIO Executive Director Prof. Dr. Sanduk Ruit and PVH Executive Director Darrah Kauhane. With this MoU, Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology will further expand its activities on a long-term basis into the Pacific region..
