TIO aims at building a robust and capable organization that is not only providing a successful model for eye health service delivery, but also producing an example of best practice in administration, finance, public relations, fundraising, human resources and information technology.
We are so grateful for and acknowledge the work being done and co-operation rendered by the employees of all categories of TIO – clinical, non-clinical and production, without which our achievements and performances would not be possible. It is their teamwork that has contributed to the institutionalization of TIO.
Donors have significantly contributed to TIO-activities. It is due to their support – technical and financial, that TIO has been able to undertake all the various programs so effectively. We also have a very high appreciation of the co-operation extended by our partner organizations. Patients, whom we have served, have been always the source of inspiration and indicators for our success. We are very grateful to our valued patients for their feedback and suggestions that enable us to improve the quality of service.
